Born in 1995, Canadian-Armenian violinist Eva Aronian has received prestigious accolades, most recently the 2020/21 Sylva Gelber Music Foundation Award and the 2019/20 Alberta Foundation for the Arts Award, as well as top prizes at the Brookline Symphony Orchestra Competition (2019), Minnesota Orchestra Young Artists Competition (2019) and the Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal Manulife Competition (2016).
